Tips & Tricks for Colorado’s Drummers

Be consistent in your drumming studies. If you practice the proper amount of time, you will see progress week to week!

For those with  more experience…check your ego at the door!  There will always be someone that plays better than you.

Be a good band mate by being prepared!  If you are working on a new song, become familiar with the song on your own.  Time invested in the way will make band rehearsal go faster and smoother.

It is everyone’s responsibility to keep time.  However, if the time goes badly, you will get the blame!  If this happens, talk to your band mates about listening to you.  You, as the go-to-drummer, are driving the bus!  If you are having trouble with your time, I can help.
